So went took our first beach trip last week. It all started on Thursday,we left Corinth at around 4, only an hour late. We arrived in Birmingham to eat dinner with Aunt KK( what kelly wants Holley Ann to call her) and Uncle Drew, then it was off to aunt KK's new house to spend the night. We left out at about 10 the next day but really did not get on the road until 12, we just had to go see where aunt KK works, and also see David before we left at the firehouse. We arrived in Gulf Shores at about 5, and were soooooo exited to have aunt KK there to help us. That night we went to Lambert's for a great dinner, then off to see Holley Anns cousin Finley and there new house. The next day it was off to the beach, just my sister and I, Chad got to spend some quality time with the baby while my sister and I got to catch up on everything. That night we had dinner at the Original Oyster House, which I just love because they have Cheese Grits, my favorite. The next day I stayed in with the baby and went shopping that afternoon. That night we met up with Ryan, Hillary and Finley for a fun dinner at Lulu's, and then coffee at there house. On Monday as we headed out we stopped by Sweet Peppers to have an early lunch and to say goodbye to Hillary and Ryan, it was just so good to see them, and can not wait until next time. Then we were off to Destin FL to meet up with Chads parents and sister. Our week consisted of shopping, eating at great restaurants, including the Crab Trap, and having a sweet treat from the Doughnut Hole. We were back in town on Thursday, and were soooo tired.
