Did u know that if you buy an item from Target and did not like it that you can take it back for a full refund only if it has been within 90 days and you have your receipt, this works with even baby food. On Saturday when BB took Holley Ann to Target she picked up a can of formula for me. Well the point that I am trying to get at is that BB accidentally got the wrong can, she picked up Enfamil premium and Holley Ann uses Enfamil Lipil, they are both in a yellow can but look totally different, one is yellow powder and the other one is white powder. Not really thinking I opened the can and thought well this looks a bit strange but I just thought that they had changed the color of the formula, I knew if Holley Ann got sick then I would know where it came from, well she did get sick, she could not keep her formula down. So on Saturday night at 9pm I called Target, and the manager kindly wrote my number down and said that she would open a can of Lipil and a premium can to see if there was any difference. 5 minutes later she called to tell me that yes the 2 are different formulas, I was really upset because a can that size is $25, but wait the manager let me know that I could return it and get the right can as long as I had my receipt, I even let her know that I opened the can and used some but that did not matter as long as it has been within 90 days and I had my receipt, so it was off to Target at 9:30 that night to get the right can. What great customer service, Thanks Target!!!!!!!!!!!!!
